When you submit a request through our website, we collect the following information:

  • First name and last name
  • Institution / organisation
  • Email address
  • Informations of your choice to explain your situation

We do not collect any other personal data (no payment information, no sensitive data, no tracking cookies beyond what is disclosed in our Cookie Policy).

3. Why We Collect Your Data

Your personal data is collected for one purpose only:

  • To put you in contact with the right person or institution in response to your request regarding Academic Freedom.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given at the time you submit your request (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your personal data is only accessible to the administrators of this website. It is never:

  • Sold or rented to third parties
  • Shared with external partners or service providers – except for the ‘mentor’ who will help you
  • Used for marketing or advertising purposes

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Your personal data is kept for a maximum of one (1) month from the date of submission. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

If your request has been resolved before this period, your data may be deleted sooner.
